OUR STORY.

A blacksmith's forge with glowing molten metal being heated by a fining machine.
A digital timeline illustrating the company's transformation from 1999 to 2003. It highlights three main stages: 1999, described as 'A Business on the Brink' with issues like late deliveries and poor quality; a midpoint called 'The Constrain, The Forge' marked by scrap and inconsistent output; and 2003, noted as '£1M+ EBITDA,' showing successful transformation to profitability with stabilized processes and returned ownership.

It Started With An Opportunity To Make A Difference.

ForgePoint Partners didn’t begin in a boardroom. Its foundation was forged inside a struggling business more than 25 years ago.

THE LESSONS HAVEN’T CHANGED.

THE SYMPTOMS MAY LOOK DIFFERENT.

THE ROOT CAUSES ARE CONNECTED.

Years later, our paths came together at VTL Precision in Charleston, where Chris, Lisa Jane, and Vince worked alongside one another across operations, people, and organizational development.

Together, we saw firsthand what happens when leadership, culture, and operational execution are treated as interconnected, not separate disciplines.

Our careers eventually took us in different directions, with Vince moving into broader operational and executive leadership roles. But the relationships and the shared philosophy remained.

THE TEAM CAME BACK TOGETHER.

ForgePoint Partners brought us back together around a belief shaped by decades of experience: organizations perform at their best when Leadership, Culture, Process, and Performance work as one.

Text on a black background that reads: "From one forge to forge point. 60+ combined years of experience. Three proven leaders. One shared approach. Leadership, Culture, Process, Performance."

Today, we bring those experiences together to help organizations uncover what's holding them back, solve the root causes, strengthen performance, improve profitability, and build lasting value.
