I'm an HR leader, entrepreneur, people champion, and proud mum of four. Simply put, I love helping people succeed.

Originally from Manchester, England, and now proudly calling Charleston, South Carolina home, I've spent my career helping organizations build stronger cultures, develop great leaders, and create workplaces where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Along the way, I've had the privilege of living and working on both sides of the Atlantic, giving me a unique perspective on people, leadership, and the power of strong relationships.

If there's one thing that defines me, it's my passion for people. I'm fascinated by what motivates individuals, what helps them grow, and how we can bring out the very best in those around us. My top CliftonStrengths® themes, Harmony, Empathy, Consistency, Communication, and Developer, aren't just words on a report; they're at the core of how I live and work every day. I believe in listening first, treating people fairly, building genuine connections, and helping others recognize strengths they may not even see in themselves. One of the greatest joys in my career has been watching people gain confidence, grow as leaders, and accomplish things they never thought possible.

In 2020, my family and I made the leap from the UK to Charleston, South Carolina, and quickly fell in love with the warmth, community, and lifestyle of the Lowcountry. As much as I enjoy my professional life, my favorite role will always be being a mum. Raising four children has taught me more about resilience, adaptability, patience, and leadership than any textbook ever could, and those lessons influence how I show up every day for my family, my clients, and my team.

When I'm not working with business leaders to navigate challenges, strengthen workplace cultures, and build high-performing teams, you'll usually find me embracing my next adventure. I love practicing yoga, exploring the South Carolina coastline, and spending quality time with family and friends. I'm also an avid traveler and cruise enthusiast. Whether it's discovering a new destination, experiencing different cultures, or simply meeting interesting people along the way, travel continually reminds me to stay curious, embrace change, and appreciate the perspectives that make each of us unique.

Since making Charleston my home, I've enthusiastically embraced American sports. During college football season, you'll often find me cheering on the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, while NFL Sundays are dedicated to supporting the Buffalo Bills. That said, some loyalties never change. As a proud Mancunian, I'll always be a devoted supporter of my hometown soccer team, Manchester United.

Today, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ForgePoint, I'm fortunate to combine my professional expertise with my passion for helping people and organizations thrive.
